    An AI companion for 21 executives

    A private app for a five-day innovation programme the brand ran for 21 senior executives. It acted as concierge, coach and connector: daily agendas, morning and evening prompts, notes by voice or text, and a personal digest for each person after the event.

    AI answered questions and wrote the digests. The brand set the agenda, the prompts and the tone of voice.

    271 candidates in the first cohort

    An assessment platform that scales to whole cohorts

    A candidate journey, scoring for assessors and feedback reports. It takes the client's assessment centres from small groups to cohorts of 250 or more, and every sentence of a report can be traced to its evidence.

    AI drafts each report. Trained assessors still score the live exercises, and the client approves every report.
