AI PT prices are for individuals and include UK VAT. Every other price is plus VAT at 20% for UK customers; businesses outside the UK pay no UK VAT. Agents, the AI Innovation Lab and the AI Transformation Programme are priced after a call.

### What is Rainshift?

Rainshift helps people, leaders and growing and mid-sized firms make AI work. We coach people one to one, run a free community and a paid circle for senior leaders, train teams, and build AI agents and custom AI systems that do real work, with a real person beside you. We work online and in person across the UK.

### Which door is for me?

If you are paying for yourself, start with a first session with an AI personal trainer (AI PT). If you lead a company, apply to the AI Boardroom Circle. If you are buying for a team, start with a two-hour workshop on one real problem, or book a call. If you run a local firm, start with a Rayna Local package. Not ready to buy yet? ### Is the AI Leaders Forum free?

Yes. You apply, and membership is free: a weekly AI briefing, a monthly live forum, a WhatsApp group and invitations to free workshops. It is open to anyone curious about AI, not only managers.

### What is the difference between an AI PT and an AI agent?

An AI PT is a person who coaches you. An AI agent is software that does a task for you. Rainshift gives you both.

### Is it safe to put our data into AI?

We set the ground rules with you first: what goes in, what stays out, and who signs off. We work inside the platforms you already approve, and agree how client and personal data is handled under UK GDPR before anything starts.

### How much does it cost to start?

A first session with an AI PT is £175 including VAT. A two-hour workshop for your team is £500, and Rayna Local starts at £150 a month plus £500 setup, both plus VAT.

### Do you work online or in person?

Coaching and workshops run online. Team workshops and sprints can run on site, plus travel.
