RAINShift is a membership service provided by RAIN Ventures Limited. By applying for or using RAINShift, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership

RAINShift is an application-based membership. Acceptance is at our discretion. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You must be a senior professional or executive to be eligible.

3. Billing and cancellation

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Rayna AI agent

Rayna is an AI-powered personal agent provided as part of your membership. While Rayna strives to provide accurate and useful information, her outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Rayna is a tool to assist your decision-making, not a substitute for professional judgement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use RAINShift and Rayna responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You must not use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content, or to attempt to circumvent any safety measures.

6. Intellectual property

Content generated by Rayna specifically for you is yours to use. The RAINShift brand, platform, frameworks, and educational materials remain the property of RAIN Ventures Limited.

7. Limitation of liability

RAIN Ventures Limited provides RAINShift on an as-is basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the service. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to members in advance. Continued use of RAINShift after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
